Well, after two days of work we have added in custom shaped blocks and allowed for their placement in different directions! On top of that we added in grass ( keep in mind the texture you see is by far NOT FINAL )

All in all this week has been VERY productive week for our game. With the hope of getting actual crafting working and some other core elements we are getting closer and closer to working on frontend rather than all backend. In the next entry I hope to show you some screenshots of the new blocks, as well as the crafting system. I might even have a video ready for upload... sadly my internet on a ship is very limited so such things might just have to wait till I pull into port.

EDIT: I found some time to get it uploaded, although it is very much under the quality I would normally upload to youtube. For the sake of getting some of the footage out I held down my OCD and uploaded it anyway.
