A C64 Game - Step 48

This update doesn't really add anything mentionable code wise, however there's a full chapter of 10 stages.

I enjoyed playing your game again! :)

Only problem I found was with Sam, at level 2 I would die and gain lives. When I hit level 3, I started to loose random lives at death, and gain lives at death.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll look into it!
Note as this journal is a bit behind the current steps there is a bigger bug fixing step with 54, which fixes a lot of issues that are with Sam playing.
