Covers DirectX8.1 vertex and pixel shader assembly language. Does not cover topics like DirectX9 extensions to the assembler languages or HLSL (High Level Shader Language). But this isn't much of a drawback. Introductory articles are very good, and theres a lot of interesting stuff in the later articles. Recommended.
