This article was just about the information I looked for the last days and it really helped.
I'll think about buying the book.

If there would be only more free articles from books, I think there would be more buyer...

Hi there,

Well, I guess my message arrives a bit late, but as for me, I found at the SGI site (if I remember well) a bunch of source files that do all the job of creating all the function pointer corresponding to the new function in 1.2 and 1.3
