where is a site I can upload my game to?

You could get a free site at somewhere like Tripod
or GeoCities.
Alternatively, you could try Developer Image Exchange I think its free.

Rapidshare is a hassle for people connecting through proxies, though.

You could create and seed a torrent of your game. Just upload it to a public freeware tracker (Google should be able to find one).
