FarmGame

FarmGame

This was my first gamedev project, a simple 2D tile-based farming game.
Featured a simple editor, gameplay featuring some tools and seeds that you could plant and harvest.

When you have a grid with squares you can get these graphical illusions with black/white dots in the cross-sections. You have them in between your brown farm-squares.

You can avoid it by reducing contrast, adding horisontal guides like this:   Avoiding dots in square grids

In your case it could be something like adding some "sidegrass" to the left and right sides of the field-sprite.

Thanks for the information. This project actually was merely a way to learn C++ for me, and I've moved on to delicious 3D now, but it's always good to know what I could have done better :-)

I see :) I guess I had a solution looking for a problem. Good luck with the c++
