I've played Drawn (1-3) and from what I remember it's mostly a bunch of static (or animated) images with some special after-effect like glowing lightning and such moving over surfaces. It's amazingly well done, but most of the work is art made by good artists using image editing softwares like photoshop. Unity could display about everything with tweaking, but from what I know it's more a 3D-based graphical engine and wouldn't be relevant for this type of game. It may sound stupid, but it would be a lot easier to do it in Flash or something similar.
