I'd recommend talking to your bank, mine atleast handles international money transfers(get your partners IBAN number) at a reasonable rate. (its fixed per transaction though so for small transfers it gets quite expensive)

(10 SEK(around 1 euro) within EU/ESS/Switzerland or 50 SEK(around 5 euro) internationally if i do the transaction online). for larger payments the cost is pretty much negligable. (Urgent transfers cost more but the standard service is good enough most of the time)
