Hello

saturate(x) will clamp x between 0.0 and 1.0

saturate(-0.5) = 0.0
saturate(0.5) = 0.5
saturate(1.5) = 1.0
and so on

nb : x can be a scalar or even a vector ( or even a matrix). In this case, it operates on each component.
