I'm a bit confused. Isn't that the calculation for a camera's world matrix?

What do you mean, calculate it the same way? Same as what? The player's camera uses the code I showed above to calculate both the world/inverse view matrix and the view matrix. Those 3 lines are the only calculations involved in the player's camera matrix calculation.
