I depends on the audience, we developer, being able to produce often only programmer art ourself, appreciate your art skills much more than professional artists. If you want to post your art on certain plattforms, ensure that your skills matches at least the lower range of what you see there. Then start to practise,practise, and eventually practise more until you get better
