I'm porting an existing game from Havok to PhysX. Internally, it stores capsules as 2 points (the centers of the end hemispheres), and that's the same way Havok works. PhysX however wants half height (abs(point 2 - point 1) / 2), but the only way to rotate the capsule is to set a local pose (a transform).

My question is, how do I come up with the transform from the 2 points?
