Well I've a function alike:

void SDatabase::getIls(const std::string &id,  StdWaypointList *list)

now I need to figure *list which is declared as:

typedef vector<Waypoint*> StdWaypointList;

The function pushes back list hence I might not need a return value? For a start I need to pass list as argument. Thanks

The error I get is:

Multiple markers at this line
    - candidate is:
    - no matching function for call to ‘SDatabase::getIls(const string*, StdWaypointList*&)’
    - Invalid arguments ' Candidates are: void getIls(const std::basic_string<char,std::char_traits<char>,std::allocator<char>> &,
     std::vector<Waypoint *,std::allocator<Waypoint *>> *) '
