If you have a rock paper scissors system, wouldn't the dominant strategy be to become the first master of all three technologies on the tech tree? You would then just try to make sure you're sending out +1 of each unit type compared to what your enemy has.

If you have a rock paper scissors system, wouldn't the dominant strategy be to become the first master of all three technologies on the tech tree? You would then just try to make sure you're sending out +1 of each unit type compared to what your enemy has. And you're back to the original problem of there being 1 dominant strategy.
