Video game producer and business development consultant with over 24 years industry experience; during which I have Produced 25 games on 89 SKUs (plus dozens more in a management capacity.)
Since 1987 I have managed the Obscure Consultancy, assisting game developers to do business with publishers. I specialise in contract negotiation, conflict resolution, company set up, strategic planning - in short I help developers get paid for the work they do, so that they can afford to make great games for the publisher.
Previous roles included Head of Test (Telecomsoft), Senior Producer (Mirrorsoft), Development Manager (Sales Curve/SCi) and Director of Development (Virgin Interactive and Ocean/Infogrames).
In addition to my development roles I have also been responsible for Product Acquisition, PR & Marketing.
