Looks pretty good (also had a look at the youtube videos). How did you get on with Marmalade? Any info on what methods you used for the physics?
Marmalade is very nice and allows me to deploy to iOS, Android, and Marmalade straight off my Windows development machine. Unfortunately, it does have various quirks, some unfixed for months/years due to horrible public support (I'm assuming their Professional $$$ license has better support).

Regarding the physics, it's a lot of custom code (mainly fluids) piled on top of Box2D.
