directx full screen strange problem
I am using DirectX to change the display resolution of my desktop, so I can use the display modes supported on directx (even ModeX) on my opengl program on full screen.
What I am doing:
1 - I create a window with windows API with my display settings (like 640x480x16)
2 - I change the display settings with directx (to 640x480x16)
It works perfectly on my work computer (PII300 128MB TNT)
The problem is that it doesn''t work on my home computer, it changes the resolution but my screen get all white. I don''t know what to do. I think that it is becouse I FIRST create the window, but I need the window handle to enter full screen in DirectDraw. My home computer is a PII266 64MB V550.
Please help, I don''t know what to do, since I get no errors and everything seems to work fine!
