I wanna code a loader for 3d "animations". I''v started on a .3ds reader, but before i finish it i would like to know if there are support for animations in opengl. Any1 here know something about it? Maybe someone could suggest another better fileformat? cheers! "Look mom, a demoscener! Can i keep it?"

There isn't any support for animations in OpenGL, you have to render it frame by frame. Maybe there are extensions to OpenGL which support animations but I've never heard of any.
