Neural Networks....I don't get it?
I''ve been wanting do get into AI programing for some time now, and just recently decided to try my hand at it. I''ve done state machines and stuff like that before, but I wanted to try something more dynamic. I figured that I had seen plently of ant sims, so I would try that. I wanted to use a NN, so I went out looking for a tutorial that would help me, I walked away confused.
How do NNs apply to game AI? How do I write one?
Can someone give me a link or help me explain?
Also....please don''t draw me a picture of a neuron, I''ve seen enough of those...
