Yeah I noticed it a bit earlier I think, I had to refresh several times before I got what I wanted. My friend also said he and his friends had problems at college, it may just be coincidence though.
The Uni I go to was having problems as well today, mainly because some bastard with a gigabit ethernet card was flooding the network and overloading TCP/IP stacks but nevermind.
Perhaps your ISP is finally doing some maintenance now that they were scared by the earlier rootserver DDoS?
