Windows/ MFC /DialogBox /mesage Loop, are you still with me? ok, I create a dialog boz using DialogBox(...) then set CooperationLevel etc.etc. set Sticky focus, global focus blabla. Then when this dialog looses focus, sound stops. Case2: same flags same parameters but I create a window, and my own message loop for it. It this case sound plays even when the window looses focus. What is wrong with the dialog? Any idea about what it might be, I have a feeling that this is a very trivial case but I''m just to dumb to find the solution Thanks

Problem solved.
It had nothing to do with a DialogBox.
