Are classes possible in openGL in windows?

Do you have to use any special GLclass or anything? Or just regular class ____? I tried doing it the normal C++ way in Nehe''s 14th tutorial. I made the class right before the initgl function, then called it from there. It wouldn''t print the message from the class though. Thanks!

Oops! When I said the initgl part, I meant the drawgl part!
