www.cplusplus.com has some nice C++ tutorials.
www.gametutorials.com has a lot of good C/C++/OpenGL tuts too.
Between those two sites, you can learn a hellavalot =-)

I don''t know any good books on C++, thought, I was school-taught.

"You TK''ed my chicken!"
hi ..

the greatest book about c++ since years is
"thinkin in C++" by bruce eckel

you find free e-book versions (html/word)

at
http://www.smart2help.com/e-books/ticpp-2nd-ed-vol-one.zip
and
http://www.smart2help.com/e-books/ticpp-2nd-ed-vol-two.zip

extract TICPP-2nd-ed-Vol-one-html.zip and open
\html\Frames-expanded-TOC.html (vol 1)
and open
\html\IndexXTOC.htm (vol 2)

this are the "real" startfiles of the packages.

a full mirrorlist can be found at
http://www.mindview.net/Books/DownloadSites/

Thanks!
