Well, im relatively new to large scale design. I was wondering if this would be a good application design. Ill try to draw it out in ascii client(executable, contains intrinsic game code) Network Module / ^ /-----------------\ \ / / \_> V / -Event Module / / ^ / / / V /\ \------------>Input Module / \ / \ / \ V \ Graphics \ Module \ \ 7 Sound Module I guess thats the summary of my design, now what i was wondering is: Would it be better for me to include parsing info from the server through the event module, or having it go straight to the client, or just to make another module that will handle all of that.
