Recently bought a second-hand Sony Net Yaroze that didn’t come with membership access to the Sony website. Anyone know if Sony will give access without this. Maybe with a serial number or something?

The original agreement is not transferable to a new owner. Plus the Net Yaroze thing closed down years ago if I recall correctly. There''s nothing major on that website that you can''t find elsewhere these days anyway, just use google.
