Photoshop and Illustrator Tutorials

Today I made my purchase of the Adobe Design Collection and now I''m in need of some excellent tutorial sites. I did the whole google search but nothing tickled my fancy, any suggestions? I''d like to focus on texture creation.

Falkenzone.com has some excellent tutorials, but they are in French (which is why I decide once in a while to translate one for this forum). However they have a lot of pictures, so maybe that should be enough for you to get the idea ?
*edit* I just revived an old thread that might be of use to you.
If you have more specific questions about textures, please do ask there, because since I posted that thread I have learn quite a few tricks !
