I''d like to ask if you have some explanations about what is needed to develop for consoles ( I have already heard about specific kits but dont know exactly what they consist of).
You''d be very nice to let me know what could help me.

If you wish to get into developing on a console just search for "(insert console name) programming" or something like that on Google. That should get you to where you need to be.
