Most of the software that exists to "help" shareware authors track registrations sucks. In fact, it tends to Really Suck.
I track everything using Excel spreadsheets that I created as I learned what it was I needed to track (don''t *even* think you have a clue what you''ll need to track until you''ve been doing it a while), and QuickBooks.
It''s not as difficult as it might seem. If you can balance a checkbook, you''ve already mastered the basic skills needed.
