Does anyone know where free generic 2D RPG tiles can be found? I''m making a little collision detection demo on the GBA and would like to have it looking slightly good looking. Even rips from a game would do fine for now. I am preferably looking for tiles that are 16x16, though 8x8 and 32x32 would work okay I guess. (but 16x16 would be by far the best looking!) Hmm you could search on google for rpg maker 2000 tilesets there are very nice ones (most of them are rips). You could even write a simple program that exports and manages the tiles for you...Recently I did something like this but it''s for allegro and it uses datafiles so it probably wouldn''t help you anyway...
