I''m kinda new to D3D. I just got Visual Studio 6.0 Professional, and am trying to figure out how to create those X files. I don''t want to do them by hand, and I have very little money. I''m wondering, if there are any freeware/shareware 3D modelers that can export either 3ds or x files? Thanx

Milkshape3d can export to 3ds, and it is shareware. $30 I think.

Try searching in Yahoo for it, I don''t have the URL handy
