I just read Stanley Foo''s article on the evils of Startup hubris. A nice wakeup call to some of us (me) who think that we''re destined for glory. Don''t get me wrong, I still think I''m destined for glory; it''s just Foo clarifies the reasons why I''m going to need a hell of a lot more than merit to get there. So what is the standard suite for creating a startup in the doomed-to-fail context of Stanley''s article? Are you aware that the people who bring you television actually refer to it openly as "programming?"
