Hi! Does someone know who owns the copyright for Space Invaders? Hasbro? Or can I make & sell a Space Invaders Clone?

Our friend Atari is the IP owner of the mentioned product, SO now is it HASBRO.

You can make and sell any game you want. Just don''t call it Space Invaders, and don''t use their graphics or sound either.

The owner (and originator) of Space Invaders is Taito. Richy just said Atari cos they (Atari/Hasbro) are claiming ownership of everything to the point where people are starting to assume they do own everything ; )
