Why am I always told to learn C/C++ to design games?

And Why is it so hard to learn?

Send any info to: mskb12@juno.com

Game design is just the process of deciding the flow of events and features in your game.
Writing the game is where C/C++ comes in.
C++ is definitely the best language for professional games, but it''s not very good for beginners. Try learning BASIC (which is simple) and when you have a good knowledge of it move on to C++. You''ll appreciate the BASIC knowledge.
