Java games on cellphone

Hi !
I recently bought a Sanyo SCP-8100 cellphone and this phone has support for Java games.
What I want to know is what do I need to make games for this phone ?
I know that I probably need J2ME, but is there any library I need ?
Also, My phone doesn''t have a cable to link with my computer so I can upload my games in the phone, so how do I upload them ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated !
I know this can sound like a newbie, but I''m only familiar with PC development so I''m really lost.

There maybe a Sanyo developer site where you can find out about a cable or if you have an IR port on the phone you maybe be able to use that!
