How would I go about scaling a direct draw surface while blting? Any advice would be extremely helpful in this matter!! Thanks

By the way, what I mean is how would I resize it, as in enlarge or shrink. Not show more or less of the surface by setting different rect coordinates when blting. Thanks again.
