How about adding the manual to the page so one can browse it online?

how about adding an offline copy of the articles/reources along with the angelscript SDK, as a straight HTML or a set of HTMLs

I could probably do that. The articles are already in html format so it should just be a matter of zipping them.

Can''t you just do the other way with the docs. Take what is in the SDK and put it on the site?
