__Microsoft released it's "GIF Animator" for free. You can try one of those sites ^ above,
or even MS' site. It's a little clunky and you can only use .AVIs and .GIFs to make the
animated GIFs.

__Still, it's got a good interface (better than some of the shareware ones.)

__Hmm, guess that means even Microsoft can have an off day.
