Does anyone know where I can get a free C++ compiler that I can create Windows games?

try www.delorie.com/djgpp/ . djgpp is a DOS port of gcc/gpp for Unix. it's free and even comes with some libraries for creating games. djgpp is only for compiling DOS programs, but there are some links to Win32 ports of gcc/gpp.
