hi does any1 know a link where i can find software to develop java tools for panasonic phones SDK, emulator and so on ? thx

check out http://java.sun.com/ and download the Wireless Toolkit 2.1 (WTK2.1). Then checkout this introduction and small tutorial http://www.gamedev.net/reference/programming/features/j2me1/

From there you're good to develop. You'll want to checkout panasonics website and try and find a developer section.
