billboarding - face normals
I'm making a simple billboard test, everything seems ok at first, but when I turn my flying object, the billboard sprites are dark.. since I rotate all the sprites agains the camera I suspect there is something wrong with my normals.. math is not something I'm very good at, so my question is.. in what direction is the normal supose to point?
Usually bilboards just should not be lit/shaded. That is, their color shouldn't depend to normals and lights. There's no general "right" way to lit/shade 'em.
