Is there any way to include assembly int my EVC++ code. I have EVC++ 3.0 and the __acm command doesn't work. Any good way of assembly would be nice.

not sure if you made a typo or not, but it's asm not acm. Also from what I found in a quick [google] it looks like ARMASM.exe handles any ASM in eVC++ 3.0 and therefore even if not explicitly supported via the asm keyword, it is possible to write code in assembler with eVC++.
