Reading a book on windows game programming for dummies using directx.... curious... on which file format is best used with directx... author uses a bmp file... but I can't make any changes with photoshop or metacreations painter ... which leads to my second question are these programs good for making games... the author stated to use psp.. which appears the artwork was designed in.
