MILIA 2001!!!

You all know the GDC in San Jose. But what about the Milia in Cannes, France?
How many of you will go there in 10 days?
Do you consider such places a good way to promote a company, or simply learn new stuff for instance?
Will you be there?

They bombarded my company with tons of advertising e-mails and mails and colored journals. But - in France? I would get lost in France. I know not a single word french. No I will not visit it and not buy advertising space there either.

I was planning on going this year with the GF (make a little escape from everyday life) but work got on the way (money also) so i''ll must pass... that''s life... let me know how it went

well anyway, i got here the ''schedule'' for milia, it LOOKS DAMN GOOD, i advise all to go (but half will also be new media entertainment including cinema and stuff like that...
