Visual Studio profiling problem

Can anyone help with this...
Im using Visual Studio 6, and using the code profiling stuff. When my profiling btahc fiel runs i get a PRF1012 error (unexpected number of bytes from pbo) I know the standard cause of this (wrong profile.dll) and that isnt it,as other projects profile ok. The only thing thats different is that this project links to 3 other DLLs. Anyone know how to get rid of this pesky error?
