Does someone know a tool to convert a 3DMax
Scene or Object into a DirectX XFile???

There is a little program called conv3ds.exe in the DirectX SDK that converts .3ds files to the DirectX .x files.

You have to export the file as a .3DS file and use the DX utility above.
