Does anybody know of any N64 emulators programmed in Delphi? Because Delphi seems very powerful and so user friendly that emulation in it seems not to bad compared to the (challenging) C++. Thanks for the reply

I know of none. The fact is, the more "user friendly" a language is, usually, the more overhead it has, and the slower performance. Emulation takes a LOT of power.
To really get the most out of a system, a program will be written with some c, and a LOT of assembly.
