Anybody know if OpenGL libaray can be used on Windows CE?Thanks a lot.

To my knowledge, neither OpenGL nor any portion of DirectX (including DirectDraw and Direct3D) are currently available on Windows CE.
The point would be that there would be OpenGL support. Current CE devices haven''t sufficient hardware to do 3D graphics very well, but that won''t always be the case. Plus, current CE devices could at least handle a few flat-shaded polygons—we''re not necessarily asking for 100000 trilinearly-filtered, goraud-shaded, textured polygons and 8 hardware lights.
