ok this might seem kinda weird but i need to ask should i just copy and paste the initialization OpenGL code(like KillGLWindow, InitGL, and DrawGLScene) into every project i make or should i write the whole code every time so i can remeber most of the stuff? thx

theres no point in trying to remember it. copy + paste
also i have a app on my site that''ll for vc6 will build a basis glut program

But make sure you know what everything does when you copy and paste in code.
