How would you make a sample sound like radio communication? ex. between a plane and a control tower.

Get Sound Forge and use the fuzz limiter and noise. Once you have a suitable amount of noise increse the treble about 5% and convert it to 22khz if it still dosen't sound realistic

If you really get into a pinch, I can do it...as long as you don't have too many samples needed, I'll do it for nothing at all...but we have all the equipment to do things like that.
