Has anyone mentioned the timestep crusader? (no linky handy).


And being somewhat related topic, it's funny that similar internet gems still exist.

Yeah, KulSeran mentioned abaraba. I don't think anyone has linked to his other crusade, where he sets out to prove that Peer-to-Peer scales better than Client-Server.

If we're going to extend this into a generic Internet-wackos thing, then I'd cast my vote for Louis Savain, who travels around the internet promoting his "special" version of physics. Also, some earlier stuff about how Turing was a hack and held back computer science because we shouldn't be modeling things as algorithms. Instead we should be using his language, COSAS.

This was from #gamedev ages ago (~5 years). Still makes me chuckle for some reason...
